Believe it or not, computers can’t do it all – and struggle with challenges such as complex questions and systemic solutions that didn’t exist when they were made. Years of experience and the creativity of applying it in a solution-oriented manner are required, and this is where our specialised teams for plastics, metals and our key accounts come into play – as your direct advisors and experienced problem-solvers.
We also continue to use the telephone in our daily contact with our customers for clear and problem-free order preparation. This ‘human’ exchange usually leads to solutions more quickly than, for example, filling out an enquiry form online.

FKM is a pioneer in selective laser sintering (SLS) and selective laser melting (SLM) in Germany and Europe. Since 1994, we have been part of a revolutionary rethinking process in the industry.
