Plastics for 3D printing

The additive manufacturing of plastic components, or plastic printing for short, has long been a proven standard for industry. FKM is one of the pioneers of plastic printing and offers a large selection of pure and filled polymers for powder bed-based laser beam melting (LPBF). Thanks to our large-volume and flexible 3D printing machines and validated parameter sets, we can reliably produce plastic parts for you from these high-quality materials with repeatable precision and surface quality.

Selected plastics for 3D printing
At FKM, we use the following 3D printing materials for additive plastic processes: polyamides (PA), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and polyaryletherketone (PEEK or PAEK). These highly developed and tried-and-tested plastic and polymer materials can be used to manufacture individual products of first-class quality very quickly. The materials are available in powder form and have been specially developed for additive manufacturing using powder bed-based laser beam melting (LPBF). Take advantage of our many years of material expertise and let us advise you on the choice of 3D plastic material for your printing project.
