Quality assurance on every machine

We ensure maximum precision and reproducibility for 3D printed plastic parts, including in rapid prototyping SLS. To this end, we work with experienced specialists and use a preventive maintenance concept for the machines. Our specialists continuously take care of the calibration of the process parameters, the preventive replacement of wearing parts and the cleaning of the installation space. The continuous printing of test specimens, which are then measured, is an integral part of our quality assurance. In the event of deviations and exceeding the defined tolerance values, the machines are immediately readjusted. We document this quality assurance process using SPC (Statistical Process Control).
