After each upload of 3D print data, we as 3D printing experts routinely check whether the data is complete, error-free and conclusive. We also recommend a detailed project consultation, especially for orders with large construction volumes in a short space of time.

Project consulting 3D printing

As part of our consultation, our 3D printing experts pay attention to the following aspects, among others:

Does the choice of material match the requirements?
Is the construction geometry with integrated cooling channels optimally designed?
Do the requirements for rigidity and assembly connections match?
What surface roughness or smoothness is required?
Should the service life of metal tools be improved by hardening?
Should plastic parts be smoothed, colored and coated ready for installation?

3D printing co-engineering

If required and on request, we also support our customers in 3D printing co-engineering for additive manufacturing. Here, we develop customized solutions that meet all requirements from the very first test. Time-consuming and cost-intensive test series and test production are no longer necessary.

We schedule the necessary resources for regular customer orders so that they are immediately available at the agreed time. Framework agreements ensure attractive conditions, including documentation for quality assurance and confidentiality agreements.
